Manage your subscription
- On iPhone: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, then tap Wish & Witch. You can change or cancel there. Open Subscriptions on Apple.
- Inside the app: Profile → Manage subscription.
- Web checkout (Stripe): use the billing portal link included in your purchase confirmation email, or email us.
Refund requests
- iOS purchases are processed by Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Wish & Witch charge.
- Web purchases (Stripe): email us with the address you used to purchase and we will review your case.
Delete your account and data
In the iOS app, go to Profile → Account → Delete account. This clears all locally stored data and queues a server-side deletion of any associated email and subscription records. You can also email us to have this done manually.
